YYC EXP Finale Dinner: Clos de la Oyster Barre is back at Teatro for a special YYC EXP edition to close out the festival. Hip hop and candlelight set the atmosphere for this irreverent, seafood-forward experience.
This year, we are excited to welcome a particularly special guest: Coulson Armstrong of Toronto’s Prime Seafood Palace, winner of the 2025 season of Top Chef Canada. Coulson will be working alongside Teatro’s Director of Culinary, Matthew Batey, and Executive Chef, Camilo Kobek, crafting small plates in line with Clos’s contemporary and playful spirit.
Expect an extra-special wine list prepared for the night, curated by Teatro Beverage Director Taylor Simpson.
